Second Federal offers a variety of certificate terms to meet your investment needs. Most certificates offer:

• Fixed rate for the term of the account
• With balances over $10,000, monthly or quarterly interest checks or transfers to eligible Second Federal accounts are available
• Access to inquire on account via electronic banking
• Insured up to $250,000 by FDIC
• All terms are available for deposit of retirement funds also

Note that there is a substantial penalty for early withdrawal; the penalty term varies with the term of the certificate (early withdrawal penalty does not apply on Retirement distributions where the participant is older than age 59 ½ years.)
